What is the clearance for cooling of FrigoPack FEP?

Sizes B and C (up to 15 kW): Top & bottom: 60 mm, front: 15 mm, left & right: 15 mm Size D (up to 30 kW): Top & bottom: 60 mm, front: 25 mm, left & right: 15 mm Sizes E and F (up to 90 kW): Top & bottom: 60 mm, front: 25 mm, left & right: 0 mm

Can I install FrigoPack outside an electrical enclosure?

FrigoPack may be installed outside an electrical enclosure only with suitable ambient conditions (low humidity, dust-free, etc.).Please refer to "Products/Accessories FrigoPack" for more information.

Which types of pressure sensors or transmitters are to be used?

FrigoPack Frequency Inverters are only to be used with HUBA control pressure sensors or transmitters. Other makes and types of sensors must not be used. Please refer to "Products/Accessories FrigoPack" for information on permissible types.

Which types of temperature sensors are to be used?

FrigoPack Frequency Inverters are only to be used with HUBA control temperature sensors. Other makes and types of sensors must not be used. Please refer to "Products/Accessories FrigoPack" for information on permissible types.

Settings

How can I find out which Software version is installed in the Inverter?

Press "E" several times until you reach the starting menu. You should find the software version information in the first line displayed, e.g. FrigoSoft26.1xx.

Why can't I change settings for minimum or maximum frequencies?

Changing Minimum and Maximum frequencies is Password-protected, please contact KIMO for help. This is protecting compressor and Inverter. Max/min frequency changes cannot be done when the compressor is in Operation. Remove the Signal "Enable" first, then enter Password and make changes.

Trip Messages

T01: OVERVOLTAGE

Possible causes: - Supply voltage to high - Safety contactor not controlled correctly - Compressor motor defect Please refer to chapter "Trouble Shooting List" of the relevant Quick Start Guide for hints.

T02: UNDERVOLTAGE

Possible causes: - Supply voltage to low - Phase of supply voltage missing - Safety contactor not controlled correctly - Compressor motor defect - Power section of FrigoPack faulty - Incorrect motor connection Please refer to chapter "Trouble Shooting List" of the relevant Quick Start Guide for hints.

T03: OVERCURRENT

T05: SAFETY CIRCT

Possible causes: - Safety device in safety circuit tripped or not controlled or wired correctly. - DC 24 V control voltage missing Please check wiring and safety circuit.

T06: AIN1 BREAK

Possible cause: Suction-pressure transducer not connected or connections swapped or transducer faulty. Read more about this in the relevant Quick-Start Guide.

T17: MOT OVERTEMP

Possible cause: Link TH1A-TH1B missing or no connection to motor protection or compressor motor winding too hot. Read more about this in the relevant Quick-Start Guide.

T24: IGBT DESAT

T28: AIN1/2 ERROR

Possible causes: - Pressure transducer faulty - Non-compatible type of pressure transducer Please refer to chapter "Trouble Shooting List" of the relevant Quick Start Guide for hints.
